This condensed Kettlebell workout incorporates strength, conditioning and cardio all in to one using one of the most beneficial moves; the "Kettlebell snatch." Get a full body workout in just 30 minutes or less!

Tula’s Kettlebell class consists of whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strength, and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness.

 

Kettlebells come in a range of off-centered weights that are provided at the studio. A workout includes different movements such as the swing, get-up and squat. Each of these movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strength, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories.

 

No Kettlebell experience? No problem. Our instructor, Matt will walk you through the basics to get you going on the right track.
