Intense Workout


Tuesday's & Thursday's at 5:45 PM 

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind after a busy day! Allow 1 Hour.

Core Cardio & Strength

Want to get a full body workout? Toning AND Cardio?? Then this is the class for you! Core Cardio & Strength concentrates on your core power with one-minute intervals. Using very little equipment and mostly body weight, get a fun-packed sweat in! 

Allow for 50 minutes.

Saturday morning boot camp

Start your weekend out on the right foot and get in gear with Boot Camp! We will challenge ourselves through a combination of stations and finish with a fun surprise. You will leave feeling energized and ready to tackle your weekend! Come join for an awesome Saturday morning sweat session!

Allow for 60 minutes.




If Core Cardio & Strength is too much impact for your body but Sit Fit just isn't enough, then LIIT is the perfect class for you!


LIIT represents Low Intensity Interval Training where you will be using light weights, bands and doing exercises to build strength, balance and incorporate a little conditioning. Go at your own pace, as all exercises are done in a one minute timed interval; there's no need to meet a number of repetitions.

We know time is precious, so put your lunch hour to good use and join us for a 40 minute fat-blasting workout. No more afternoon crashes and feel great all day long! 


Class starts at 12:10 p.m. and will end at 12:50 p.m. to give you time to get back to your day. 


*Tula does not have locker rooms, but has a private place to change if you need.
