My motivation for fitness comes from being a mom of two, a loving wife, and trying to be a positive example for others. Especially to those who feel like they can't push themselves or think that working out is too hard or unattainable. Moms especially, put themselves very low on the list of taking care of themselves. Let's change that.
I have always been an athlete and a competitor at heart. I'm a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association and have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology. I believe in eating clean, supplementation when necessary, and the positive effects of what exercise can offer when it comes to my clients.
I have been instructing group fitness classes for almost a year and have also competed as an NPC Bikini athlete. I know what it takes to lose weight, to keep it off, and how to gain muscle while still maintaining a lean figure. Whether you want to loose weight, gain some muscle, or just don't know how to get started with an exercise routine, let me help! I have a passion for helping and motivating others to become the best version of themselves.

Pre-Made Workout Options
Pre-Made Workouts - Not Customized
Includes 1 Hour Personal Training Session
*6-days a week body part split (each day is dedicated to something different: legs, arms, back, shoulders, etc.)
*3-days a week full body (works your whole body every workout)
*HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) includes 3 separate workouts (at home or in the gym) to be done 3-4 days per week. Each workout gets harder as you progress.
Month to month training
Includes workouts, nutrition, weekly check-ins.
Adjustments are made weekly depending on check in progress.
Does not include in-person training.
*Month to month clients only pay $30.00 for 1 Hour Personal Training Session!
ALL purchases include healthy recipes, snack ideas, grocery shopping tips, supplement guidance (if inquire) and a list of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fat sources.
Acceptable Forms of Payment: Cash, Check or Paypal
Customized Workouts include HIIT, Weight Training or Combination.
Includes Personal Training.
