Tula is proud to offer Tai Chi on Tuesday and Thursday mornings starting at 7:15 a.m.
Tai Chi uses fluid, swaying arm and body movements to aid in building strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Tai Chi works to help achieve balance – both physically and emotionally while also reducing tension. Pairing gentle, flowing movements with the breath moves vital life energy (chi) through our bodies. Chi is the animating life-force energy that flows through, in and around us every moment of everyday. This practice tends to leave a feeling of energized tranquility. Tai Chi welcomes all ages and ability levels.
