If you missed the first two rounds of the Yoga Beginners Series at Tula Mind Body Spirit, there is great news! We are starting two more on Tuesdays (starting May 2 @ 5:30 p.m.) and on Thursdays (starting May 4 @ 8:30 a.m.).
If you've never tried Yoga, or dabbled a little in to the practice but want to learn more, this 6-week series will give you the building blocks and tools to begin practicing Yoga and help you understand why Yoga is so great for you! Tula offers several different types of Yoga classes each week, and this Beginners Series will help become more confident and comfortable in those classes or help you start practicing at home.
This 6-week series is held once a week and is open to men and women, young and old. Tula does have yoga mats available to use, but we encourage clients to bring their own if possible. Please allow 1 hour and 15-30 minutes.
