Fit for Fall 4-Week Challenge
Low energy? Need a kick-start? Working hard but not getting the results you want? Tula is offering something new for men and women this Fall season to get your body back on track! Join Cathy Helin for the Fit for Fall 4-Week Fitness and Nutrition challenge starting Monday, September 18th! Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday's for 4-weeks from 6:30-7:15 a.m. Cathy will coach you through the classes and how to properly fuel your body to get the best results.
Choose to do the classes and nutrition challenge, just the classes or only the nutrition piece. Each member of the group will have access to a private Facebook page with recipes, grocery lists, workout ideas, accountability, mini-challenges, surprise sessions and special guests throughout the month.
Classes will focus on different muscle groups each day of the week with a combination of cardio & strength to make the most out of your workout. Everything can be modified to fit your needs.
The AdvoCare 24 Day challenge will be offered to help achieve optimal results!
