Beginner's Yoga Series
Get back to square one and learn all the basics in the Beginner's Yoga Series. Yoga instructor, Angela Seidl will walk you through breathing techniques, positions, terminology and so much more! This 6-week series will start on Monday, March 5th and run through April 9th, 2018. Block off your Monday evenings from 7:00 - 8:15 PM for this awesome experience...you will thank yourself!
