We've had multiple requests to hold Core Cardio & Strength classes in the evenings. Now is your chance to get in this awesome workout before you head home, feeling great. Starting July 9th, Tula will offer this 50 minute power session class on Monday's at 6:30 p.m. and Thursday's at 5:15 p.m. (this class is also scheduled on Monday, Wednesday & Friday's at 5:15 AM).
