Tai chi uses fluid, swaying arm and body movements to aid in building strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.  Tai chi works to help achieve balance – both physically and emotionally while also reducing tension. Pairing gentle, flowing movements with the breath moves vital life energy (chi) through our bodies.  Chi is the animating life-force energy that flows through, in and around us every moment of everyday.  This practice tends to leave a feeling of energized tranquility. Tai chi welcomes all ages and ability levels.  Dress comfortably.
